Abstract
⺠Effect of parameters of conjugation of α-amylase and dextran on α-amylase stability. ⺠Enhanced thermal and pH stability of α-amylase on conjugation with dextran. ⺠Conjugate showed lower inactivation rate constant with increased half life. ⺠Conjugation of α-amylase with dextran showed helix to turn conversion. ⺠Importance of covalent bonding for conjugate formation and its stability.
