Abstract
- An arabinogalactan (P2) was extracted and purified from flowers of Chrysanthemum morifolium.
- Methylation analysis, graded acid hydrolysis, as well as NMR analysis revealed that P2 contains a 1,6-linked β-d-Galp backbone.
- P2 can be used as a potential splenocyte promoter.
