Abstract

- We achieved sugar content/composition in raw Korean edible plants using HPLC-ELSD.
- Among all samples, significant quantities of fructose, glucose, and sucrose were observed.
- Highest content of fructose (27.74 g/100 g), glucose (31.80 g/100 g), and sucrose (21.82 g/100 g).
- Lowest content of fructose (0.20 g/100 g), glucose (0.68 g/100 g), and sucrose (0.23 g/100 g).
- PLS-DA was performed to discriminate the analyzed samples.
