Abstract
- We achieved sugar content/composition in raw Korean edible plants using HPLC-ELSD.
- Among all samples, significant quantities of fructose, glucose, and sucrose were observed.
- Highest content of fructose (27.74Â g/100Â g), glucose (31.80Â g/100Â g), and sucrose (21.82Â g/100Â g).
- Lowest content of fructose (0.20Â g/100Â g), glucose (0.68Â g/100Â g), and sucrose (0.23Â g/100Â g).
- PLS-DA was performed to discriminate the analyzed samples.
