Abstract
- New tetrahydroimidazopyridine-type glycosidase inhibitors have been synthesized.
- Two of the glycoimidazoles were assayed for inhibitory activity of α- and β-gluco- and mannosidase.
- The 3-hydroxy group is critical in the key substrate-enzyme interactions enzymes.
