Abstract
⺠This research aimed for the microbial reclamation of shrimp processing wastes. ⺠Production and purification of the protease and chitosanase from Bacillus cereus TKU022. ⺠The N-acetyl chitooligosaccharides can also be produced directly by strain TKU022 fermentation. ⺠The fermentation method for producing chitin oligomers can replace the method of enzymatic hydrolysis. ⺠This method can reduce the production cost of N-acetyl chitooligosaccharides.
