Abstract
⺠Four diastereomeric C-aryl furanosides were synthesized in a stereocontrolled way. ⺠The C-aryl furanosides represent versatile building blocks for further transformations. ⺠Stereoselective reductions and stereospecific cycloetherifications were performed.
