Abstract
⺠Xyl-Ser-C12 saccharide primer was synthesized to obtain glycosaminoglycan oligosaccharides. ⺠Glycosylated products of Xyl-Ser-C12 from cells were analyzed by LC-MS/MS and glycosidase digestion. ⺠Xyl-Ser-C12 exhibited good acceptor activity for the glycosylation of glycosaminoglycan-type oligosaccharides.
