Abstract
⺠Glucose matrix dipolar relaxation scales with Tg in presence of glycerol. ⺠Glucose matrix collisional quenching scales with Tg in presence of glycerol. ⺠IR absorbance bandwidth, but not peak frequency, affected by glycerol. ⺠Glycerol plasticizes the glucose matrix over content from 0.1 to 0.4 mole ratio. ⺠No evidence that glycerol has antiplasticization effect on glucose matrix.
