Abstract
⺠CGTase from Thermoanaerobacter sp. transfers glucose residues to four inositols. ⺠With the exception of d-pinitol, all inositols were able to act as acceptors. ⺠The configuration of d-glucose at 2, 3, and 4 define the specificity.
