Abstract
Design and synthesis of amino acid conjugates of chromene-3-imidazoles (13-15) as Aldose reductase inhibitors. Our Insilico and biological assays suggest that 15e synthesized compound holds the promise to treat diabetic secondary complications especially cataract.305
