Abstract
A highly efficient convergent route for the synthesis of N-[2-(1H-indol-3-yl)ethyl]-2-amino/aminoaryl/alkyl/aryl/heteroarylthiazole-4-carboxamides (bacillamide analogues) was described via a two-step solvent-free synthesis. Bacillamide analogues showed excellent to moderate cytotoxic and anti-inflammatory activity.158
