Total synthesis and in vitro bioevaluation of clavaminols A, C, H & deacetyl clavaminol H as potential chemotherapeutic and antibiofilm agents

A concise and efficient total synthesis of clavaminols (1-4) is described and further screened for in vitro cytotoxic, antimicrobial and antibiofilm activities.
