Abstract
The discovery of a series of 2-phenyl-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines as a new class of antitubulin agents. SARs observed for members of this series revealed that the presence of intramolecular hydrogen bonding formed by the phenolic group and nitrogen atom, is crucial for antiproliferative activity.140
