Abstract
A series of new N4-substituted 2â²-deoxy-2â²-β-fluoro-4â²-azido-β-d-arabinofuranosyl cytidines were designed and synthesized, with analog 1g found to possess significant inhibitory activity on both secretion of HBV antigens and replication of the viral DNA.105
