Abstract
New pyazolyl-pyrazoline derivatives are designed and synthesised and evaluated for their potency as antiinflammatory/analgesic and antimicrobial agents. Compounds 5e, 5h, 6f exhibited a very promising anti-inflammatory activity Compounds 5h and 6f are showing better analgesic activity 4a, 5g, 5h, 6a and 6b were found to be active against clinical bacterial pathogens (MICs 0.2-0.4Â mg/mL).140
