Abstract
Raf/MEK/ERK, Wnt, PPARγ, PIM-1 and PI3K/Akt signaling cascades are the most commonly up-regulated in human cancers. Here thiazolidine-2,4-diones, with focus on the signaling pathways involved in anticancer activity are described.
