Synthesis of some dihydropyrimidine-based compounds bearing pyrazoline moiety and evaluation of their antiproliferative activity

Some pyrimidine-pyrazoline hybrids were synthesized via cyclocondensation of the precursor 2-hydrazinopyrimidines 3a,b and the appropriate propenones 4a-h. The compounds were screened for their antiproliferative activity against four human cell lines.
