Abstract
N-(Substituted)-2-[4-(substituted)benzylidene]hydrazinecarbothioamides were designed, synthesized and found active in anticonvulsant evaluation. They exhibited good binding properties with GABA receptors and were found to elevate GABA level in rat brain.
