Abstract
⺠Two novel 18F-labeled 2-phenylquinoxaline derivatives were synthesized. ⺠Both of them displayed high affinity to Aβ1-42 aggregates. ⺠They showed excellent plaque labeling on brain sections of AD human and Tg mice. ⺠[18F]4a showed high initial uptake (8.17% ID/g) and rapid washout from the brain.
