Abstract
⺠New alkoxyalkylaminoquinoline derivatives were synthesized. ⺠5 Out of 28 compounds restored cell death of 3T3 cells overexpressing Bcl-xL. âºÂ We evaluated their ability to inhibit Bcl-xL/pro-apoptotic partners interactions. ⺠Dimeric are more active than trimeric derivatives.
