Abstract
⺠17 Novel bis(POM) prodrugs acyclic nucleosides were synthesized and characterized. ⺠Mitsunobu reaction was used between purine bases and a new phosphonate synthon 3. ⺠EC50 values of some molecules were in (sub)micromolar range against DNA virus and HIV-2.
