Abstract
⺠We synthesized (E)-N-substituted benzylidene-hydroxy or methoxy-aniline derivatives. ⺠Derivatives effectively inhibited tyrosinase activity and reduced melanin levels. ⺠Increasing information will contribute to the development of effective drugs.
