Abstract
⺠A novel series of triazolothiadiazines were synthesized. ⺠Compounds were screened for their cytotoxicity using MTT assay. ⺠Compounds also tested for their anthelmintic & antimicrobial activities. ⺠7j was the most promising cytotoxic agent with IC50 value of 10.54 μM in MCF-7 cells.
