Abstract
⺠Synthesis of novel polycyclic 'cage'-1,2-diamines derivatives were reported. ⺠Four novel compounds showed potent anti-tuberculosis activities in vitro. ⺠Compound 9 displayed potent activity in vitro against MDR and XDR strains of TB.
