Abstract
⺠A series of new N1-(flavon-7-yl)amidrazones incorporating N-piperazines and related congeners were synthesized. ⺠Some of the prepared compounds exhibited high potent activity against breast cancer (MCF-7 and T47D) and Leukemic (K562) cell lines. ⺠The best results were obtained by compounds 5a, 15a, and 18b against T47D cell line with IC50 values of 1.42, 1.92, and 2.92 μM, respectively.
