Abstract
⺠A novel series of triazoloquinoxalines was synthesized. ⺠Some of these new compounds were able to inhibit the production of the pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-6. ⺠Other compounds were able to specifically inhibit IL-6.
