Abstract
⺠In silico screening identified a novel chromene scaffold for the human adenosine A2A receptor. ⺠A focused library of 43 chromenes was synthesized to explore SAR. ⺠These compounds were tested in radioligand binding assays at human adenosine A1, A2A, A2B and A3 receptors. ⺠Eleven compounds were selective for the A2A receptors at submicromolar concentration.
