Abstract
⺠Novel 3,4-dihydropyrimidinones are obtained in highly regioselective manner. ⺠Organophosphorous compounds are valuable owing to therapeutic potential. ⺠N3-substituted dihydropyrimidinones are prized for different biological effects. ⺠Calcium channel binding study has been conducted on new compounds. ⺠X-Ray shows structure similar to receptor bound conformation similar to nifedipine.
