Abstract
⺠Oxadiazoles having sulfonamide and olefin moieties were synthesized. ⺠We have synthesized pyrrolyl/pyrazolyl oxadiazoles, thiadiazoles and triazoles. ⺠Compound 3c exhibited good cytotoxic activity on A549 lung carcinoma cells. ⺠Thiadiazoles and triazoles showed more antimicrobial activity than oxadiazoles.
