Abstract
⺠11 Chemists estimated synthetic accessibility of each other's lead-like molecules. ⺠Good agreement obtained between average chemist scores and SYLVIA software. ⺠Selection of compounds should be done by several chemists instead of individuals. ⺠Evaluation of synthetic accessibility for drugs since 1970. ⺠SYLVIA can be used efficiently to rank and prioritize virtual compound libraries.
