Abstract
⺠Total of 25 androstane derivatives were synthesized. ⺠Cytotoxic activity of selected compounds were tested against five tumor cell lines. ⺠Some compounds showed strong cytotoxicity against human breast adenocarcinoma ERâ. ⺠All compounds were not toxic to health MRC-5 cells.
