Abstract
► We designed and synthesized a series of millepachine derivatives. ► We evaluated the in vitro and in vivo biological activity of these compounds. ► Compound 15 exhibited stronger anticancer activity than millepachine and cisplatin. ► The structure-activity relationship has been discussed.
