Abstract
⺠We designed and synthesized a series of millepachine derivatives. ⺠We evaluated the in vitro and in vivo biological activity of these compounds. ⺠Compound 15 exhibited stronger anticancer activity than millepachine and cisplatin. ⺠The structure-activity relationship has been discussed.
