Abstract
► 38 Novel isoindoline-1,3-diones were synthesized via a one-pot reaction. ► Antifungal and cytotoxic activities of these compounds were evaluated. ► Antifungal studies of the novel compounds showed promising activity. ► Three compounds displayed much stronger antitumor activity than Fluorouracil.
