Abstract
⺠38 Novel isoindoline-1,3-diones were synthesized via a one-pot reaction. ⺠Antifungal and cytotoxic activities of these compounds were evaluated. ⺠Antifungal studies of the novel compounds showed promising activity. ⺠Three compounds displayed much stronger antitumor activity than Fluorouracil.
