Abstract
⺠Novel pyrazoline derivatives bearing tetrazole tail have been synthesized. ⺠Compounds were characterized using elemental analysis and spectroscopic techniques. ⺠Compounds were evaluated for their antiamoebic activity and cytotoxicity profile. ⺠13a was obtained as least cytotoxic and excellent Entamoeba histolytica inhibitor.
