Abstract
⺠Oxazoles, thiazoles and imidazoles having amide and olefin moieties were synthesized. ⺠1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition to olefin moiety. ⺠We have synthesized pyrrolyl and pyrazolyl-oxazoles, thiazoles and imidazoles. ⺠Chlorosubstituted imidazoles showed more antimicrobial activity.
