Abstract
⺠New 3-(6-hydroxyindol-2-yl)-5-(phenyl) pyridine or pyrimidine were prepared using palladium catalyzed processes. ⺠V-Shaped library was obtained. ⺠Nanomolar DYRK1A inhibitors were found. Docking studies explained the results. ⺠Low toxic active drugs were found as lead to design new treatments for SNC disorders.
