Abstract
⺠Synthesis and characterization of novel pyrido[2,3-a]carbazoles. ⺠Few compounds show significant antibacterial activity. ⺠5f is active than cisplatin against A-549, HCT-15, SKMel2 and B16F10 cell lines. ⺠5e is active than cisplatin A-549, HCT-15, SKMel2 cell lines. ⺠Preliminary Structure-activity relationship for Antibacterial and Cytotoxicity.
