Abstract
⺠New CB1 and CB2 receptors ligands are prepared and evaluated. ⺠As CB1 receptor ligand, compound 11 was superior to Rimonabant and AM251. ⺠Compound 11 reduced intake of sucrose rather than intake of regular food in rats. ⺠Compound 23 showed significant affinity and selectivity for the CB2 receptor. ⺠This scaffold is useful for the design of either CB1 or CB2 receptor ligands.
