Abstract
⺠28 Novel 2,N6-disubstituted 1,2-dihydro-1,3,5-triazine-4,6-diamines prepared. ⺠Antimalarial activity against FCR-3 P. falciparum strain with IC50 = 0.99-49.75 μM. ⺠No red blood cell toxicity or haemolysis observed at 50 μM for any of the compounds.
