Abstract
⺠We report the synthesis of peptidomimetics with a vinyl ketone warhead. ⺠Their activity as falcipain-2 inhibitors have been evaluated. ⺠The realized structural modifications decreased the inhibitory activity. ⺠Docking studies allowed us to rationalize the activity profile of compounds.
