Abstract
⺠D3CLP was more cytotoxic to K-562 than PBMCs. ⺠D3CLP induced a subdiploid population without changes in the cell cycle phases. ⺠The TUNEL results are consistent with an apoptotic cell death induction. ⺠Effector caspases activity increase in function of the time.
