Abstract
⺠Alkylphospholipids are known to be active in mast cell degranulation assays. ⺠In silico screening for lipid-like inhibitors of mast cell activation was carried out. ⺠Analogs of screening hits were synthesized to obtain SAR information. ⺠Sulfoxide and amine oxide containing lipid-like compounds were identified as new inhibitors.
