Abstract
⺠Serotonin is involved in physiological and pathophysiological processes. ⺠5-HT1A antagonists could be useful in inhibiting the growth of cancer cells. ⺠1-naphtylpiperazine derivatives are 5-HT ligands with an antiproliferative activity. ⺠Inhibition of AKT may explain the growth inhibitory activity of these derivatives.
