Abstract
⺠Three new series of quinoline-4-yl-1,2,3-triazoles were synthesized. ⺠X-ray crystallographic study of intermediate 2 was carried out. ⺠In vitro anti-bacterial and antimycobacterial screening were carried out. ⺠Compounds 6a, 6d, 6i, 6j, 7e, 10a and 10i showed promising antimycobacterial activity.
