Abstract
⺠A series of N-phenyl-1H-indazole-1-carboxamides was synthesized. ⺠Synthesized compounds were evaluated by the NCI. ⺠They caused 50% growth inhibition at micromolar and submicromolar concentrations. ⺠Compounds induced an increase of cells in G0-G1 peak. ⺠Compounds increase the hypophosphorylate pRb/total pRb ratio.
