Abstract
⺠New quinoxalines derivatives have been synthesized to evaluate their cancer chemopreventive activity. ⺠The inhibitory effects of compounds 1-21 on Epsteine Barr virus early antigen (EBV-EA) activation induced by TPA have been studied. ⺠The in vivo two-stage carcinogenesis test of compound 12 was studied. ⺠The synthesized compounds docked into c-kit protein-tyrosine kinase.
