Abstract
⺠Eighteen novel cisplatin-type platinum complexes were synthesized. ⺠The substitution effect was studied. ⺠The cytotoxicities of these compounds were screened. ⺠Some compounds exhibited better cytotoxic activity than cisplatin. ⺠The structure-activity relationship has been revealed.
