Abstract
⺠We synthesize 1,3-diarylpyrazino[1,2-a]benzimidazole derivatives. ⺠2-Aryloylbenzimidazoles are reacted to give 1-(2-aryl-2-oxoethyl)-2-aryloylbenzimidazoles. ⺠We examine the results of anticancer activities of the synthesized compounds. ⺠Cytotoxic and/or growth inhibitory effects are evaluated in vitro against sixty tumour cell lines.
