Abstract
An undescribed cyclodepsipeptide, three undescribed linear peptides, and an undescribed cyclic dipeptide (Sinulariapeptides AâE) with seven known peptides were isolated from the culture of the soft coral associated fungus Simplicillium sp. SCSIO41209. Four cyclodepsipeptides including sinulariapeptides A showed potent antifungal activity.220
