Abstract
Previously undescribed benzophenones (garciosones AâD), xanthones (garciosones EâH) and biphenyls (garciosines AâC) together with eighteen known compounds were isolated from stem, leaves and twigs of Garcinia speciosa Wall. (Clusiaceae). Cytotoxic and anti-HIV activities of the isolated compounds were evaluated.181
